Description:
The engineer hangs out his window as he waits by the interlocking tower for a clear signal to procede. With Darrell Land help (see Land Rover's comment below), we now know that the locaiton is the WABIC (Wabash/IC) interlocking tower in Decatur, IL. Unfortunately, the tower is gone now. Unknown photographer.
