CSX 2721 (B-777) about to stop & protect the crossing NB
Description:
The "NE" Dispatcher gave them an EC-1 form Line 7 (Activation Failure) for this crossing when they were at just as the entered the St. Lawrence Sub. It appears to me it works just fine!!!

CSX 2721 (B-777) about to proceed past the Vine St. crossing after stopping & protecting it NB
Description:
When they were given the EC-1 Form Line 7 (Activation Failure) they cut there train in half at Heid's on Old Liverpool Rd. They told "NE" they wouldn't be able to get moving again with the 100 or so cars after stopping.

CSX 2721 (B-777) heading towards the Detector after passing the Vine St. Crossing NB
Description:
After they dropped there cars off at the Woodard Yard they came back SB and the Detector gave them a "Detector not working" message. It gave them the same message when they came back thru with there second half of cars.
